We contact you before carrying out any additional work. If the assessment reveals something beyond the original scope, we explain what we found, what we recommend, and the additional cost. Nothing proceeds without your agreement.
Yes, walk-ins are welcome during opening hours. For heirloom restoration consultations, booking ahead is appreciated so we can give you sufficient time. Call or message us to arrange a convenient slot.
We discuss this carefully before starting any cosmetic work. Many clients prefer to preserve original surfaces — worn dials, aged hands, natural case patina. We will never polish or refinish anything without explicit agreement, and we are experienced in working sensitively around age-related character.
Payment is due on collection. We accept cash and bank transfer. The final price is confirmed with you before work begins, so there are no unexpected amounts at pickup.
